About the show
13 YEARS OBLOMOV
In Vasya Oblomov's videos, Sergey Shnurov wore a shuttle trader's bag, Noize MC had a moustache, Leonid Parfenov rapped for the first time, Mikhail Efremov sat on the toilet, Basta wrote a letter to the president, Yuri Dud took an unsuccessful interview, and a flying saucer flew to a bus stop in a small provincial town. Both parts of the film "Dukhless" end the same way: with a song by Vasya Oblomov. The current President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky performed Oblomov's songs in "Kvartal 95". Over the 13 years of his existence, Vasya Oblomov has released 6 full-length albums, each of which occupied the first lines in listening on digital platforms, wrote many satirical songs on news topics, took part in the scandalous project Citizen Poet, and Vasily Oblomov's videos collect tens of millions of views.
Oblomov is one of the few Russian musicians who have performed since 2012 at the largest protest rallies in Moscow and openly criticized the Russian authorities, which ultimately earned them their long-standing dislike. In 2022, all concerts of Vasily Oblomov in Russia, like all those artists who openly spoke out against military action, were banned.
The new program is called 13 YEARS OF OBLOMOV. It will include Vasily Oblomov's beloved hits throughout his history, which do not lose their relevance. And absolutely new works are on the agenda of the last days in every sense of these words.
